Wreaking havoc on the environment is something that tends to come a little too effortlessly to the hotel industry. It’s not difficult to deplete the natural world of its resources when hundreds or thousands of pampered guests, who are highly concentrated in a small geographical area, consume precious natural resources at an alarming rate. Fortunately, more and more hoteliers are realizing their responsibility to manage conscientious and moral businesses, and, more importantly, are eager to serve guests within the carrying capacity of the environment.
